Ever since I was a little boy, my parents taught me to be responsible, to be passionate, to show compassion towards others and always be the voice for those who cannot speak for themselves; for whatever that reason may be. This is what drives me to be a better person each day and to always be the advocate for my clients even if the people that we go up against are a multi-billion dollar company. I started working at 18 years old. My parents would not allow me to work until I finished high school so that money wouldn’t distract me. I went to college full time while I worked in the warehouse for one of the biggest shipping companies in the world. In the 5 years that I worked there, I managed to learn the basics and move my way up to becoming a night supervisor. I made sure that all our customers’ shipments were handled with care so that they can arrive at their destination in pristine condition.
Fast forward almost 15 years; I graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, I worked in the private investigations field and learned many different strategies to make sure I had the best possible outcome for my clients. This is exactly what I do now as a public adjuster. I make sure the insurance company does not take advantage of the homeowners and businessowners that hire me to represent their claims against the insurance companies. I make sure I take care of my clients to the best of my abilities so that I can get a favorable settlement for them. This way they can repair their property as sooner than later and can get back to living their normal lives. With an expert on your side, we can now fight fire with fire with the insurance companies to make sure we level the playing field.
